- Archive CD of all pictures (if scanning is needed), which can be used to print out additional copies of your prints at any location that prints digital pictures (Wal-mart, Walgreens, etc.)

- Music for slideshow (purchased for you by PM Media if not provided on CD or DRM-free music file): $1.00 per song
- Extension of Private Online Hosting of finished product: $20.00 per month
- Additional DVD of finished product: $5.00 each

Silver Package: $59.00 (Includes: up to 50 pictures & up to 2 songs)

Gold Package: $109.00 (Includes up to 100 pictures & up to 4 songs)

Platinum Package: $159.00 (Includes up to 150 pictures & up to 6 songs)

Diamond Package: $209.00 (Includes up to 200 pictures & up to 8 songs)

Forms of payment accepted: US Post Office Money Order, Credit Card (through Paypal Online Payments), or Personal Check (slideshow will not be shipped until check clears, unless the check is from a local bank)

Preparing For Slideshow Creation

After contacting us to begin consultation for creation of a custom DVD slideshow, you will receive a set of highly detailed, easy-to-understand instructions. However, this is the basic process:

1. You choose your package from our list of Rates & Packages to determine how many photos and songs you need to choose.

2. Choose the appropriate number of photos and songs. Choose an order for the photos and songs. If your photos are prints, write on the back of each photo (in pencil) numbers to signify the order of the photos. If your photos are digital, you may rename the photos to correspond with the desired number order in the slideshow, or type a list of the original file names in the desired order, print the list, and include it with the photos. Finally, write/type the order for the songs, noting where each song will start and stop (if using multiple songs).

3. Deliver your photos to PM Media. If you are local to the Salem, Ohio area (zip code 44460), you may deliver your photos locally by hand. If you are not local, you will mail them to PM Media. NOTE: PM Media is NOT responsible for photo prints lost in the mail!!! It is NOT recommended for you to send your ONLY copies of photos through the mail and risk losing them. If your photos are digital, you may deliver the CD containing the photos by hand (locally) or through the mail.

4. Remain in contact with PM Media throughout the slideshow creation process. We want you to be happy with your DVD memory and will do everything we can to make that happen.

5. Once the slideshow is completed (typically in 5-7 business days after receiving your photos), you will be given a private link to view your slideshow on our web site before sending payment. If changes are desired, they need to be submitted within 48 hours.

6. Once payment is made, your DVD slideshow (along with any additional products like extra copies) is mailed to you via US Postal Service Priority Mail (for a fee of $8.00) or may be picked up locally.
